How can I include the question along with the answer when I receive an email submission?

Asked by TrioMFG on November 14, 2013 at 06:33 PM

    Ex.

    1. Countersink Angle

    Nominal Value: ________

          Tolerance: ________

Right now when I receive a submission, all I can see is the "nominal value" and "tolerance" with the answer.  I would like to know if I can also see "1. Countersink Angle" in the email along with the "nominal value" and "Tolerance"?  Is this possible?

    Hi,

In the form's submissions page, open the form submissions.

Click on the gear like icon on the upper right to open the options box of submission view.

Make sure to that the option "Show Headers and Text" is checked.

Hope this help. Inform us if there is more we can help you with.

    Thanks.
