We have been experiencing this error for most of the day and are unable to access our forms. Please advise.

We are extremely sorry for the issues being experienced. We have received an update the server issues has been fixed and should be working fine. Also, our backend team is working on a permanent fix for the HIPAA server and should be working without any interruption.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Could you provide the form ID/URL that you are experiencing the issue? Also, please let us know if the issue is being occurred with viewing the submissions in the tables/inbox view. Please try using a private/incognito window or a separate browser to see if that helps.
