    Also, is it possible to have a submit button set up to send to two diffent sources? I use infusionsoft, and have the integration, so I know that will work, but the submit button is part of a sophisted questionnaire that also send me directly the resulting answers, so I don't want to lose the latter capability, but also get the integration with infusionsoft if possible.

    Thank you for your time.

    Please test this form

    To achieve pre-population of 2nd form I use the Custom URL Thank you page

    I put this value on the URL{yourName}&yourEmail={yourEmail}

    Inform us if you have further question on this.

    As for your other question, I suggest creating a separate thread for it.

    Click on this link to do this. Provide as much detail as you can.

    We will attend to it as soon as we can.

    If what you want to do is to send the questionarie to another email address, that is possible in 2 ways

    1. Create 1 autoresponder per each additional email address you want to send to

    2. If you want to do this in a more detailed way, you can create conditional logics to do this. It won't break any integration.

    Then, simply click on Setup & Embed and then click on Conditions

    And simply select Send an Email after Submission

    Select the autoresponder for the conditions to be met

    So I followed custom url suggestion:{name}&Email={email}, saved and then tested and still no autopopulation.

    Any other things I am missing?

    There are two issues I've spotted. Firstly, the short code that links to the form needs to be replaced with the form's full source. Secondly, the URL should be{firstName}&email={email}

    Please make those changes and let us know if they help.

    Incidentally, here's our guide on how to embed the full source of a form.

    @jonathan & @abajan

    Do You have any additional guides on how to use the prepopulation of a secound jotform.

    Scenario: Customer submits a sample request form; after they have landed on the thankyou page, there is an additional form asking if they have any questions they would like answered. The name and contact details can be carried accross so all the customer need do is submit the question.

    And a secound scenario; is it possible to make the customers name appear on the Thankyou page from the jotform.

    Such As: Thankyou James for submitting your request we will be intouch shortly via your email address

    Such As: Thankyou {firstName} for submitting your request we will be intouch shortly via your email address {email}

    Ok, sorry for my first response, I think I did get a different approach of what you wanted to accomplish to

    Here it is the deal

    1. You want to prepulate this on custom URL form, not something showing "JotForm" on it, right??

    2. You actually ought to follow this guide, in order to make the custom domain

    Once you have the CNAME record added on your cpanel, do the following

    1. For example, I've made  Form 1.  In which the thank you page, contains  form 2 with custom domain  or landing page, where it prepopulates the data{fullName3}&email={email4}

    I hope this workaround helps you to sort out what you are looking for
