HIPAA account shows 'information is decrypting' indefnitely.

    I am a healthcare provider and am not able to access data I need urgently. I am receiving a message that the information is decrypting but it has been stuck like this all day. Please help

    Since this is a HIPAA account and I am not allowed to look into your account due to the regulations.

    I have escalated this issue to our backend team to further investigate.
