We are locked out due to too many attempts to log in

    1614022885_603408e59c22c_We have been locked out of Jotform all morning. This is happening daily and is creating unnecessary delays in processing our day. The Alberta Dental Association state we must have a Covid consent on file prior to our patients presenting into the office. We are not able to send the forms or if they do go through, the patients are not able to access the forms.

    The form I have copied states we are locked out due to too many attempts to log in. Previous to this message it said **Temporary Back End Unavailable**

    This is creating incredible back log to processing our patients, plus it is defeating the reason these forms are sent out if they have to do a manual form when they arrive.

    Please reply ASAP with a remedy. Possibly it may mean will will look into a different program if it continues.
