Form submission not going through

    I submitted a form through Jotform 5 times, and it is not going to the intended recipient. I get the "Thank you for your submission" at the end of submitting the application, but I do not receive a confirmation email, and the intended recipient states that they do not receive it on their end.

    How can we resolve this issue so that the application is received by the intended party

    Are you referring to this form

    Have you submitted the form using this email address

    The reason for asking is that I could find only a draft submission linked to this email address.

    Have you made the payment and submitted the form?

    I would also request you to reach out to the form owner since they have lots of pending payments and incompleted submissions linked to this form. Since these are pending/incomplete, the emails are not sent out.
