I have a customer who indicates she's had this error occur twice now:
504 error
The request could not be satisfied
Cloudfront attempted to establish a connection with the origin, but either the attempt failed or the origin closed the connection. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owners.
If you provide content to customers through cloudfront, you can find steps to troubleshoot and help prevent this error by reviewing the cloudfront documentation.
This would seem to be a jotform issue - how can you address this?

Hi there,
Is it possible for you to check with your customer again? The issue was escalated yesterday on the highest priority and it is already fixed. However, if your customer informs us that the issue is still present then please let us know so we can escalate it again.
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

The issue occurred twice on 2/20/2021; I'm told by one of our customer service reps that this used to occur much more frequently (prior to me handling IT). What is causing this?

Hi,
There was an issue for HIPAA users that have already been handled as informed by my colleague. The issues have been happening due to an unexpected and extraordinary due to the large number of forms created for COVID vaccines.
Our team is working on precautions to prevent the issue from happening in the future.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
