Field Confirmation Widget: Saved Session URL is not displaying the saved data.

Hi Jotform.

I have some problems with the "save and continue"-feature. I have noticed this problem on several of my forms, for example the one named "Application Help to Help Scholarship Program - first round 2021 in Tanzania".

You can see what I mean in the screenshot, where I have used the "save and continue" feature and then clicked on the link/button provided in the email sent. When continuing with the form I have tried to click on the "back"-button to check my previous answers. You can see that some of my answers that I had filled in has "disappeared". For example the answers to the question "How much is your tuition fee per year?".

How can you help me with this?

Looks like the Field Confirmation widget is not saving the data when a saved session is opened. I'm escalating it to our backend team. An ETA can not be given right now. However, we will inform you here when an update is available.

I actually have the similar problem with the question "I have read and understood the information above" on the first page. This one is not saved when I use the "save&continue"-later.

You have not defined an option for your Multiple Choice field. Please add an option and it will work without issues. If you need further assistance please let us know.
