email notification issue

    Thank you for providing this service. I found it very useful. I set up an email notification called 'Thank you' here is the link for email notification. I was unable to upload docx file therefore I put on one of our website for you to download.

    I am unable to add tables and text. I can copy the table and text into jot form email notification but somehow after a while, jotform cut off the document after page 6. Although I copy and paste the tables and text again, jotform cut off again.

    Hello Aykut,

    Have you tried clearing the email's html coding before composing your new email content?

    To clear the email's html:

    1.  Click the HTML button in the Compose Email Wizard

    2. In the HTML Source Editor, right click then choose Select All, then press Backspace or Delete.  Click Update



    You can then rebuild your Autoresponder's email content. Save then test out the email if it finally works good. Let us know if the problem still persists. Thank you.
