Good morning,
I’m having issues with my attachments on the application. When I try to open the attachments, I’m rerouted to an error page. Please advise.

Hi Tamara,
Since you have enabled this in your privacy settings so you would only be able to see the images or the submission PDF once you are logged in.
Please either login and then check the uploaded images or remove the check from your privacy settings.

I am logged in and unable to see the attachments. I also can't find the privacy settings that are listed in your response.

You need to open your JotForm account and open this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
After that, please update the settings and disable the options that my colleague provided. You can also check my screenshot below:
