Automatic Draft

    I got an email saying my payment did not go through from Paypal. I have no idea why it didn't, I have not changed anything with my paypal account. However, I went ahead and cancelled the automatic draft from Paypal and changed it to draft straight from my debit card. Is there anything else I need to do to update my account? I'm not seeing where my card has been charged, and I do not want a lapse in service. Thank you!

    I have checked your account and see that it is still under the PayPal subscription (waiting to end on the 18th of March).

    Did you update to a Credit Card payment through the button Change Credit Card?

    Yes, I did change the my card through the CHANGE CREDIT CARD button.
    When I went back, I saw PayPal was still listed as my payment method, so
    thats why I was confused. And I the payment has not been drafted from my
    account yet. But I dont know if that happens right away or not.

    Hi there,

    I have checked your account and can see that you have cancelled the subscription in PayPal. Your account will be downgraded to free on the 18th of March. On this date, you can upgrade again using a Credit Card. This shouldn't cause any issues, we won't delete any data.
