    Thanks for contacting us.

I checked if your email address was in the bounce list, but it wasn't. I also checked the email settings of your form and found that are not quite correct:

Make sure to update the email settings as the next guide describes: How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues.

I also checked your email logs and found that the emails has been sent:

    Current Server: /var/log/jotform/amazonSES.log:[11/Nov/2013:23:33:15 +0000] 33123056193952 AmazonSES

So make sure to check the your spam/junk folder, it could be that the email eamil notifications have gotten there.

At any rate please contact your email provider and ask them to white list our domain names:

We use Amazon SES method for "" sender.

I hope this helps. pleaes let us know if the issue still persists or kindly open a new thread to post unrelated questions.

We would like to recommend you to check the following articles:

Why are my emails going into recipients' spam folders?

    Avoiding the spam filters

If you do not like Mandrill, you can try to go with our sending options (Amazon SES or our mail server). However, the sending source is most probably not the case.

We will help you via your own thread. Please do not update other threads with the same inquiry.
