    Not getting Notification Emails sent back

    We are not getting any notification emails sent back once the form has been submitted?

    I checked if your email address was in the bounce list, but it wasn't. I also checked the email settings of your form and found that are not quite correct: 

    Make sure to update the email settings as the next guide describes: How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues.

    I also checked your email logs and found that the emails has been sent:

    So make sure to check the your spam/junk folder, it could be that the email eamil notifications have gotten there.

    At any rate please contact your email provider and ask them to white list our domain names:

    ·        email.amazonses.com

    ·        amazonses.com

    ·        jotform.co

    ·        secure.jotform.co

    ·        s3.amazonaws.com  

    ·        static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com

    We use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.

    Tried to set-up with Mandrill, but mail is still being sent to junk folder? Any other ideas???

    Avoiding the spam filters

    If you do not like Mandrill, you can try to go with our sending options (Amazon SES or our mail server). However, the sending source is most probably not the case.
