Send an edit link manually

To start thank you for helping and providing the service you do . I'll be moving to a paid version shortly once everything is in place and set up as required.

I've set up an Autoresponder with an edit link attached.

How would I send an 'Edit Link' Manually to someone who submitted a form which needs changing?

The edit link should appear as follows:

https://www.jotform.com/edit/{submission Id}
