we are unable to download PDF's of forms. Is there a setting or update on the adobe side or is this coming from within jotform? Please advise. thank you

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I looked into your submissions and I was able to download PDF files from PDF editor on my end. To download PDF files, please kindly check below instruction to see if you could download them on your end.
1. Go to the JotForm dashboard and click "MORE" on the right side of each form.
2. Click "Open PDF Editor" and click "Print" or "Download" for specific submission.
If you are not able to download PDF files using above method, please kindly clear cache or try to use a different web browser to see if the issue persist. Should you have any other questions, please reach out to us again and let us know.
