Autoresponder not working

    Hello.

    I am trying to set up an autoresponder for my form "Stork Fund eNewsletter Sign-up", but it's not working - in the recipient drop-down the only option is: noreply@jotform.com
    Can you help me?

    Hi elle_steiner,

    Thank you for your message. The Recipient Email dropdown options actually come from the labels of each of your form's 3 fields. Since your form fields do not have labels, they seemed to appear blank. But if you open the dropdown menu and hover your mouse pointer over the gap between "Please select" and "noreply@jotform.com" you will find the 3 labels represented by a light blue line. Select the bottom-most line, then save the autoresponder and the form, and try testing it again. Please update us on the result.
