Submission Forms Blank

Our emails are coming through with submitted contact information, but in the inbox it simply lists "Submission 1, Submission 2" with blank forms instead of the answers represented in the emails

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. We had a data replication issue recently but it is now fixed. You should now be able to see your form submissions data as expected.
