Hello, when we download the completed forms, once download is complete, we upload into pt. chart and it comes up with a messages saying there is an error. See attached photo.

Apologize for the inconvniance this may have caused.
Please share the URL of the form to which the issue is related and tell us if the issue is related to only one submission. Also, please share the ID of that submission.

It is happening on every form we have with every submission of the form. We can view it in jotform with no issues, but the saved PDF is giving the error code.

Our apologies for the inconvenience.
We had an issue with PDF Downloads earlier however our backend team has already fixed it.
I tried download one of your PDFs and was able to download it just fine.
