Address field + Jotmap and Submissions Locator apps: these apps aren't showing any location coordinates

I am trying to create an embeddable map that shows where my form submissions came from. Ideally, I'd like to collect the location data in a hidden field so that the person only has to confirm with their browser that they allow their location to be tracked, as opposed to filling out an address form.

But I've tried using an address form, GPS Location widget, and other widgets that collect the coordinates. No matter what I do, I can't get Jotmap or Submission Locator to consider any of the locations as found. They all say unfound.

Can you help? What am I doing wrong?

    Hello,

Thank you for waiting. I tested on my end and it seems "Geolocation" and "Get Visitor Location" are working correctly on my end. If you see blank field for submission data, please display the widget on your form as hiding the widget disable the GPS location from working.

If you have any other questions, please reach out to us again.

Are they working correctly with Jotmap? That’s where I was having trouble. Jotmap was not generating a location based on data generated by the widgets or address fields.

Please confirm that you have it working with Jotmap. That’s what my question was about.

Hello! Unfortunately, Both JotMap and Submissions Locator apps aren't working. I've forwarded this issue to the Backend team so that they can check the issue.

As far as I can check, these apps don't require any GPS widget. Only the address field is required.

For the sake of reference, I am attaching issue screencast below:

We'll let you know under this ticket as soon as there is an update on this issue.

    Thank you!
