forms will not download

    Many of our forms will not download, the PDFS come up as 0 bytes and "fail to load," attached is a screenshot. We haven't changed anything on our end. How can we fix this? Slightly urgent as these are clients with scheduled appts and we need their info.


    Our Patient Questionnaire forms and release forms will not download.

    Hi there,

    I've tested the PDF of the same submission and it seems to be downloaded properly with the data.
