Missing form submission

    I submitted my form online from my website. However I am not sure where the form is going. I went through the complete process and received a thank you your submission has be completed; but it is not showing up in JOT FORM. Do you know why this maybe?

    As per checking, there is indeed no submissions in your form.

    However, I can see there are pending payments.

    Did you make a payment after submitting the form? If yes, kindly check this guide to set PayPal's instant payment notification.
