Hi, I was wondering when will it be possible to use PDF Editor for encrypted forms. Will there be a future option or is it possible to request this feature. PDF editor is from Jotform, not an integration. I understand why its not possible for integration but why can't it work for PDF Editor but work for Tables.

Hello,
Currently, the Form Encryption feature is not available on PDF Editor. That's why a ticket has been created and escalated to our developer team. We cannot provide an ETA on the feature requests. However, we will inform you on this thread if they have any updates.

Hello,
Please disregard the reply on the top. I cloned and tested your form. I was able to activate encryption for PDF Editor.
To activate encryption for PDF Editor
1- On the Form Builder, click on the Settings button
2- Click on the Show More Options button and enable Encrypt Form Data selection
3- After that, you can click on the Create Encryption Keys for me button and download your key
The final result should look like this;
In this section, all you need to do is upload your key and reach out to your data.

I'm not sure if it is new. I tried to access PDF editor with one of my
forms that have a ton of submissions. It does not load. It only shows the
animated PDF icon. I also tried to access PDF editor on an encrypted form
with only one submission. It loaded very well however it only shows the
encrypted data. It didnt pop up anywhere for me to upload a key to
decrypt the data. If it is a work in progress and you may have access to
that option but I do not and I can not find out how you got to the area to
decrypt th data.

I cloned and tested your form. But I was not able to replicate your issue.
However, looks like you are still having an issue with one of your forms. That's why a ticket has been created and escalated to our developer team. We cannot provide an ETA on the issues fixed. However, you will be notified when it's fixed via this thread.
