    Greetings Evon.

To update the label of the field for the Excel report, you need to update the form label. You can also update the columns directly in the tables, and download the Excel file from there, however, this will not affect the report Excel. To update the column name, simply double click on it from the table:

Then you can use the Download all option:

Let us know if this solution will work for you.

Hi foochowmethodistchurch, thank you for reaching us.

I have tried to download the Excel file from your Table and I encountered the same issue. I have cloned your form, did a test submission, tried to download Name and the issue also persists on another form.

Kindly allow me to escalate this issue to our back-end team for further investigation. Due to the nature of the development cycle, we are unable to provide the exact ETA, but you will be notified through this ticket as soon as there are updates.
