    Ink File Picker - Upload File URL is including the trailing " as part of

    Asked by rebirthdesign on November 17, 2013 at 01:39 AM

    Howdy there Jotform!

    Can you take a look at this.  The [[JotForm:Upload file]] for the Ink File Picker is creating a link as the below:

    target="_blank" href="https://www.filepicker.io/api/file/gQ13X2CSBirw8dGLhlY4" title="IMG_0423.JPG" >gQ13X2CSBi</a> 726.79 KB<br/>

    As you'll see the href should actually be:  target="_blank" href="https://www.filepicker.io/api/file/gQ13X2CSBirw8dGLhlY4"

    This is causing some errors once I trigger another app.

    Why do you think the end quote " is being included as part of the Link URL?  I haven't see this before.

    Also, is it possible for the Ink File Picker Upload File to simply save the Link URL as the JotForm File Upload does : simply as the actual link such as:

    filename
    If not, what would I add to the Source Code for the Form to get this information?
    Thanks!

    Hi there,

    I can't reproduced the problem on my end. They both worked on form submissions and on email notification.

    May we know from where are you seeing this error on the filepicker link? Perhaps I've missed something on your question. Kindly provide more details.

    Regarding on your other concern, we would request you to please post it on a separate thread so we can assist you about it from there. Unfortunately, we cannot answer different questions per thread. This is to prevent any confusions on the issue being discussed.

    Thank you for your understanding.
