Issues with loading schedule

    I am unable to view scheduled appointments. There is issues with the encryption it seems.

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support, we do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

    Please note that due to HIPAA privacy policies, our support team is restricted from accessing your account and form submissions as they contain private information. For this reason, we are not able to open your Tables page to troubleshoot the encryption issue.

    However, it seems that there was a short delay in our encryption functions that was causing issues for some of our users. Our developers have now cleared this issue, and it seems that the encryption is now stable. Can you kindly test your Tables page once again?

    If the issue persists, please try clearing your browser's cache and then test again. Please let us know if the problem continues.
