Forms having errors when submitting

Not every time, but often enough, individuals submitting forms receive error messages when trying to submit. Someone sent me this error message. Is it something on my end or is it something on theirs? Thanks!

It might be a temporary slowdown from our side. But these slowdowns happen very rarely and usually, they are fixed in a few seconds or minutes.

You can also suggest to your users to try to use a different browser, when they encounter the issue. And they can also clear cache, cookies and recent history in the browser, in order to double check.
