Unable to see the entries to download for my encrypted HIPAA form.

    This was working Monday. Now when I click on Submissions, it says it is decrypting forever...Then once it looks to have loaded them, not all submissions show. The download button on the right continues to spin indefinitely and there is an error message at the bottom that reads "sorry, decryption process failed..." Eventually it seems to load all my entries from Feb 22 and earlier, but does not load the submissions from the last couple of days. Please see screenshots. The word "decrypting" is also misspelled on the error message popup.

    This issue is happening no matter which browser I try to open it in..Chrome, Edge, Firefox
