Unable to access account

    I thought I had an account and tried logging in but failed. I tried resetting password and I didn't get any instructions. Lastly, I tried registering for a new account and it won't accept my email address. I had a few JOT forms created in January and my link is broken and forms are gone. I believe I signed in with my google account originally. I included the link I was using.

    Your account has been suspended for collecting credit card information. Kindly note that it is violating our Term of Use to collect sensitive information such as credit card information, login credential, etc. If your form required payment, kindly use one of our payment integration.

    We will need to remove the offending fields to reactivate your account. Will you comply with our Term of Use and allow us to remove the offending fields?

    Hello, I just removed the fields and keywords ("Credit card") that triggered the suspension of the account.
