This doesn't solve my problem at all. The fields "Point of Contact" are all required and yet you can't see the results in the submissions area...

The 'point of contact' was hidden and that's why the user cannot fill it in and therefore is absent in your submission result.

As I mentioned in my reply to your original post that you need to disable your 'conditional logic' to fix this bug.
