Cancel Subscription

    To whom it may concern,

    I upgraded my account to the Bronze subscription in January and I’ve been notified that some of the people who have filled out the form have had some complications. This is definitely concerning and I was wondering what the steps are to cancel my subscription and possibly receive a partial refund. I have decided not to continue using this platform. Thank you in advance for your help.
