Conditions are not working

I've checked your form and can see that there is another condition that controls the visibility of fields 151 and 152 which causes conflicts.

Please note that if a condition is met, it does the action (to show or to hide), however, if the condition is not met, it does the opposite, regardless of other conditions, which then causes a conflict.

Kindly combine conditions that affect the visibility of one field.
