Currently an error message is received after submitting the jotfor

    I have applications open online using a jotform for the application form. A student wrote to me this morning to say he was having "technical issues"

    I had not had any other reports about problems from other students. So I tried to fill out the form myself to see if I had a problem. Indeed, I received an error message after I clicked Submit. 


    This was the error message: 

    Error refreshing the OAuth2 token, message: '{ "error" : "invalid_grant" }'

    I've been back in and checked out the form and it looks fine, so I saved it again. However I am still receiving (as are any students submitting) an error message at the end of submission.

    Can you help?

    Thanks for contacting us about the issue and apologize if this caused you any troubles and inconveniences. This is because of the Google Spreadsheet Integration. We've already fixed this last week so I would suggest to re-establish the integration.

    To remove the integration:

    1. Edit your form

    2. Setup and Embed

    3. Integrations

    4. Document Sharing

    5. Choose and Click "Google Spreadsheet"

    6. Click "Remove Integration" button
