Hi Guys,
We are using the system - which is great - but a few questions.
1 - When we ask the system to attach PDFs to the notification email - nobody that receives the notification email can open them - we get a jotform page saying whoops - not available - do we need to change a setting etc?
Also with images on the notification email - is there a way to access them by the people getting the email - the link is there but they don't work for them to access?

Hello RUPERT_WAKEFIELD,
You should change your privacy settings for showing attach PDF files.
- Login to your JotForm Account. Open your account settings page and uncheck the Require log-in to view the uploaded files box if it's checked. Settings page direct URL is https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
- Require log-in to view uploaded files box is uncheck, after your click.
