Accessing Email Attachments Files

    Hi Guys,

    We are using the system - which is great - but a few questions.

    1 - When we ask the system to attach PDFs to the notification email - nobody that receives the notification email can open them - we get a jotform page saying whoops - not available - do we need to change a setting etc?

    Also with images on the notification email - is there a way to access them by the people getting the email - the link is there but they don't work for them to access?

    You should change your privacy settings for showing attach PDF files.

    1. Login to your Jotform Account. Open your account settings page and uncheck the Require log-in to view the uploaded files box if it's checked. Settings page direct URL is
