I am unable to successfully renew my subscription.

    I would like to speak to someone about my account. We have gotten a flurry of cancellation notices and refunds and reactivation emails after updating our credit card in your system. I DO NOT wish to cancel our accout, and have not been successful in reactivating through your site. Please call me directly. 904-881-1347 or 904 853-6900.

    We do not offer phone support. However, I've investigated your records

    The cancellation notices were given to you upon each attemp to charge your old credit card that our Payment processor BlueSnap would perform

    Upon your credit card was renewed,  a new subscription was generated (this is bug we have already reported) So we apologize for that.

    Can you please confirm to us which credit card you would like to keep?

    Ok, for now, I've reactivated subscription for CC- 2185

    The next coming charge should be on Dec 4.  Let me know if that is not the correct one so I can switch to the other one
