    Hello

My name is Leo and I work at a linseed oil company in Sweden called Selder & Company.

We sell oil paint and protective oils to resellers and companies, but not to private customers (with few exceptions)

We need to have a form that our customers can fill in easily that only those we want can access. So it can not be available publicly.

Right now we use an order email that our customers send their orders into. However because they all order differently mistakes happen a lot. This is what we need to avoid. We need to know precisely what the customer want and in what way so that we can start working on the order as soon as possible without any mistakes.

    How can jotform help us?

    Cheers - Leo

    Hello Leo,

    Thank you for reaching out.

There are two ways of doing so.

The first one would be to set the form to private and send out the invites by email, but the downside to this is that your customers will have to register a free account with us so our system can check that the email address has the right to access the form.

The other way would be to make the form public, but password protected. In that case, you would just have to send out the link to the form and its associated password: https://www.jotform.com/help/579-how-to-password-protect-a-form.

I hope one of those solutions will suit you.
