    Hello

I am completing an application using jotform and the application requires me to upload pdf attachements. When I try to go back and double check my loads for accuracy I get the Whoops message. How can I check them?

Apologize for the inconvniance this may have caused.

This issue could be related to the Privacy "Require log-in to view uploaded files." option of the account on which the form was created, so I would suggest you to report the issue to the form owner.

You can also remove the uploaded PDF files and re-upload them.

    Greetings,

I am also completing an application using jotform and the application requires me to upload pdf attachments. When I click on the uploaded file to see if it actually uploaded, I receive the Whoops message. How can this be fixed or ensure that the recipient is able to download the pdf files.
