Hi. I have a form that sends results to responder emails. The form also used the hide-all-blank-fields feature (Preferences - Advanced Setting), which requires the Default responder email format only. When I insert a logo or logo link or anything that changes the email form/format, the results email will include all the blank fields. Is there another way around this restriction? We need to have our Company logo on the email form. Thanks.

Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, changing or modifying any part of the notification/autoresponder email body would make the Auto Hide Emty Fields function to stop from working. If you want to add your own company logo, I would suggest to disable auto hide empty field function so you will get all the form entries.
