HIPAA: Temporarily Back-end Unavailable

    Our link we use for our orthodontic treatment estimate is not working. We keep getting a "Temporary Back-End Unavailable" error when we click the link. This is not the first time this has happened. It did finally get fixed but only for a few days before we got the error again.

    Please let me know if there is a way to fix this.
