Google Analytics: Change source/medium that comes through as jotform/referral

    Hello!

We set up Google Analytics tracking using Google Tag Manager per the instructions on our site. It is working correctly, but the source/medium comes through as jotform/referral instead of the true source/medium of how the person got to that page. We are using an embedded form. Is there any way to see the true source/medium of someone who fills out the form in Google Analytics?

You can try to set up an external thank you page for your form then add this in the URL ?utm_nooverride=1, see if this helps.

    Example:

    https://www.mywebsite.com/thankyou.html?utm_nooverride=1

After that, set the URL as your external thank you page. Guide: How to Redirect to a Page After Form Submission

Let us know how this goes. Thanks!
