    I am having trouble uploading my pdf. Can you help?

    If there is a long delay, it may due to the size of the PDF or the total page of the PDF. Could you kindly let us know the file size and the total page of the PDF? Kindly provide us with the link to your PDF, or you may send the attachment with the subject: Append Thread #2926304 to our support@jotform.com .

    However, if the file is small, it might occur due to an internet connection or a temporary issue. In this case, I would suggest trying to connect to a different internet and try again.
