Changing Account Username

Can I update my username to cuddleandkind. thanks!

Thank you for reaching us.

You can change your username from your Account Settings. Please see the steps and the screenshots below:

• Step-1: Go to JotForm Main Page, click your "Avatar". 
• Step-2: Click "Settings" on the opening menu.
• Step-3: Select the "Account" tab from the menu on the left of the page.

• Step-4: Click the "edit" button next to the "Username" section.

• Step-5: Enter the new username in the box and click the "Save" button.

I checked and the JotForm Branding "Show "Powered by JotForm" on my forms" option is not selected on the Settings page of your account, so the branding should not be shown on the Thank You page.

Were you able to resolve the issue? If the issue persists, do we have permission to test your form?

Hi Nik,Thanks for the reply! I just did a test and saw that it no longer appears so that's great.I had another question - can I change the button label from "browse files" to "Upload business plan"? You may change the button text by going to the File Upload Properties > Multiple > Button Text:
