Resend JotForms that have already been sent

Hi,

is there a way to resend a form that has already been sent? Sometimes people say they didn’t get it for whatever reason and I have to resend the same contract out. When I go back into their form and hit submit they don’t get it- so it doesn’t resend.

When you say 'sent', do you mean submitted forms? Do you want to resubmit the forms so the email notifications/autoresponders will be resent as well? If so, you would need to enable this option first on the form's email templates:

After that, edit the submission and resubmit it. That will trigger the email notifications/autoresponders to be sent again.
