Hello. We apologize for this inconvenience.
However, when using JotForms on Wordpress, we already have an official plugin that you can install on your Wordpress.
Go to Plugins > Add Plugin > Search "JotForm Embed".
When you see the "Embed Form" plugin made by "Ertekin" click "Install Now" and activate it after installation
On your Post/Page Editor you should be able to see the JotForm icon among the toolbars. When you click on it, it will show all your forms that you can choose and embed directly and generating the Wordpress shortcode for Jotform
If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach us or kindly open up a new thread if it is another topic. Thank you
okay, i have it installed but when i try and click on the JotForm Icon from a wordpress Page, it doesnt load anything...

Hello. Thanks for the update.
May I ask what browser you are using? JotForm Wordpress plugin works best using Google Chrome. A form selection window should popup after that. If you are not logged in to JotForm, the login window will popup instead.
Please let us know if this issue persists. Thank you
