Jotform Payments : Editing Product List Consistently Creates New PDF Invoice

    I don't know how i ended up with so many copies of the "simple invoice", but even after spending an hour deleting them, they are not going away.

    Hi ndaddtreasurer,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I am sorry about the issue you have encountered. I cloned your form and tested, and I was able to replicate it. I escalated this issue to our development team. However, I can't give you an ETA on it, as it depends on their workload. We will inform you on this thread if they have any updates.

    As a workaround, you can disable invoice under Product List Settings > Invoice and delete other invoices until one left. Editing Product List would create a new invoice, so you need to disable it for now.
