Hi there, couple of quick questions for you:

    1. is there a way to change the email notification background color to white?

    2. is there a way to format a numeric entry into a dollar amount?

    3. is it possible to modify the Google spreadsheet that's created? i'm finding that when i modify the format or remove the "IP" and "Sumbission ID" colums, a new entry reverts the changes.

    4. is it possible to customize the form URL?

Thanks so much for your help on this!

Hello, thanks for posting your inquiry here.

"1.is there a way to change the email notification background color to white?"

As far as I know there is no way to adjust the whole background color of the notification template. However, if you are referring to the background of the contents of the table, yes you may change the background color.

"2. is there a way to format a numeric entry into a dollar amount?"

At the moment, there is no way add a prefix to a numeric box or textbox. You can only change its default value and put a dollar sign on it. However, if the textbox has numeric-only validation a user will be forced to delete the $ sign for them to continue submitting.

    4. is it possible to customize the form URL?

Yes there is, click "Setup & Embed" > "Embed Form". The Embed Wizard should popup.

Click the small, black wrench icon to customize the URL link.

"3. is it possible to modify the Google spreadsheet that's created? i'm finding that when i modify the format or remove the "IP" and "Sumbission ID" colums, a new entry reverts the changes."

As for your Question number 3, I apologize for skipping it as that question is another issue, we can only handle 1 question at a time or similarly related questions. Please create a new thread for that question.

If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you.
