Submissions: Cyrillic characters are not displayed properly

    Dear Jotform,

    To our great regret, some of the forms filled by our customers some time ago (Feb, 17th and earlier) all of a sudden appeared corrupted in the inbox (see the attached screenshot), though initially they were fine. Can you fix it and recover the corrupted forms?

    We will need to forward this problem to our Developers, and as soon as we hear back from them, we will let you know.

    Looks like the problem is not present on the old submissions page. In the meantime, you can open Submissions to view this broken information.
