Change my username + Non-profit

I'd like to change my username to mb0814. Please let me know what I need to do to complete this.

Also, I'd like to apply for the non-profit rate.

I did check your account. It is under HIPAA Compliance. To change your account username - you need to disable HIPAA status for a while -> Change the username. -> Enable HIPAA again.

It is not possible to change your username while HIPAA is enabled. We do not really recommend the following. However,

Steps to change the username:

1. You will have to disable HIPAA compliance in your account first under the Data page here https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data.

2. Wait for an email or from our backend that confirms that HIPAA is already disabled in your account.

3. If HIPAA is already disabled in your account, reply to this message with the new username that you want so we can proceed with changing your username.

Also, we discovered that the username mb0814 already exists but it has the deleted status. Please, confirm that it was your account before we can rename your account. Or provide us with 3 different username variants you like.
