the form won't let me enter info into the fields

    The form won't let me enter anything into the fields. I've tried on 3 different browsers. Please help!

    Thank you for providing the link. I've checked and the form lets you enter data, but the input text color is set to white, so you don't see it.

    If you reach out to the form owner we can advise them on how to change this.
