When upgrading from the Free Plan to Premium, the help hint for Recurring Payment Terms shows the popup as shown in the image below. "Max charge: $10,000.00." I hope this is an error. Can you pleaes clarify for me before we complete the upgrade?Page URL:

For some reason your image came up blank. Please refer to this guide on How to attach images here on the forum.
Also, when upgrading, please take note that you must be logged in to your account to prevent problems. When asked, please input your JotForm username "jotform1939" or the registered email address "firstname.lastname@example.org".
We will wait for your image so that we can have a better understanding on the error you mentioned. Thank you.

I had noticed that the image didn't come through either.

Hello. Thanks for uploading the image I apologize for this confusion.
Please ignore that max charge text. When you subscribe to the Premium monthly, you will only be charged once per month with amount of $9.95. The $10,000.00 you are seeing is our payment gateway's maximum allowed charge that it can handle per transaction. The total charge as indicated on the image is still $9.95.
Please go ahead and make sure that you are logged in properly before doing any upgrade.
