Pipedrive Integration: How to check which form a submission came from?

I am helping a client of mine integrate Pipedrive and JotForm, but they have two forms that are exactly the same in fields that are being integrated to Pipedrive. Is there a way to indicate which form the contact or deal was generated from? For example, I have a partner and affiliate form and need to know which form the contact came from.

I think you can access the JotForm Tables of these forms and search inside them the data sent in the integration. For example, search for the email address or phone number. Here is a simple example.

For future submissions, you can advise your client to add a field to the form and integration that displays the form id. This way, they will not have doubts about where the submission came from.
