Im not receiving notifications email or thank you email

I created a form for my workplace and I'm not receiving the forms to the email address that I provide nor received a thank you email to the email address that was sent from.

I checked your form and I noticed that the autoresponder email is not configured properly. You need to add an Email field to your form. After that, choose the email field where the autoresponder email will be sent.
